Preparations: The user will create an image of the seal out of blood around the target. After preforming all 12 handsigns the user will slam their hand on the outside of the seal. The seal will shrink and flow on the hosts body and then become absorbed, and the seal will appear on either the targets heart or head,with a sign to represent the users advanced element.

Positive Effects on Target: The users chakra will be pulled into the seal and purified of advanced elements. This causes the users chakra to be set back to its basic element. Once the host has attained jounin level and the seal is released their elemental minipulation will become greatly increased as well as their chakra control and compacity.

Negative Effects on User: The seal knocks out the host for 3 days and drains them of all chakra for that period of time. After the 3rd day the host will awaken completely drained of all energy. From that point on the users chakra will flow through the seal and become purified back to its original element. The seal drains small amounts of chakra that are undetectable over the days period, but to prevent the seal from becoming over loaded the chakra must be released periodically. The seal can be released a chunnin level restoring the advanced element and allowing the host to keep their previous element, however the boost to the chakra wont be gained.

Seal Info: After the seal is placed all chakra is routed through this seal and broken down into its base componant. Because of the purpose of this seal only those that are genin level and have an advanced element (via clan/demon) can recieve this seal. The seal can be considered a hinderence, but it forces the user to advance their elemental chakra from the begining.
Ex. Genin with ice element recieves this seal, and their chakra is reduced down to the water element. After obtaining chunnin level they obtain wind element and learn to combine the elements. Upon reaching jounin level the seal fades away and the host can now utilize ice elemental chakra.

Discharge:
Chakra must be discharged from this seal in a way to prevent the seal from breaking. After a certain period of time the chakra will become ready to release. Anytime after this certain action on the host will cause this chakra to release causing havoc on both them and everything around them. The action that triggers the release depends on the location of the seal.

Head: strong negative emotions (fear, sorrow, anger...ect)
Heart: pain, stress on the body

Because the user does not have the elemental affinity for the released chakra and it causes havoc that can harm both the host and anyone that is unlucky enough to be present around them at the time. The chakra can be controled by others of the correct affinity however. The seal cannot be released until chunnin and will simply fade if kept untill jounin. When the chakra from this seal is released the user goes into elemental overdrive mode which is mearly a name for the release, there is nothing else special about this mode.

I'm trying to get an understanding of this, but It's not coming. Not to say I don't ahve an idea, but that what ever this does it is overly confusing.

As such before I can even judge this, I think you'll have to go back through and explain everything in a less confusing manner. This of course unless the point of the seal is to drain your character of chakra and knock them out for 3 days in order for them to learn a Advanced element at Jouni, which is attainable without such a thing needing to be there. Or that this seal absorbs a users Adanced element, and breaks it down into it's basic elements, so that a Genin can use them without having to advance in rank?

So a good clear explination here would be nice.

actually the point was to seal away advanced elements at genin to have the user start off with the basic element
and working their way up. This would inturn make their elemental minipulation stronger once they reached jounin.
The whole "release of stored power" was just a way to make is so that the seal doesnt seem to have an infinate chakra
storage, and so the "What happens to the stored chakra after the seal fades?" question doesn't come up,
and also to give the seal a drawback/ability besides that.

But this seal is no longer applicable because my character for this seal has been turned down by the clan creator....
