Description: Nagukren, after forming a string of handseals, all which consist of Dragon, Boar, Rat and Tiger, can use this for five minutes (Five Posts) before he has to reuse the Jutsu, but he is able to tap into his lightning affinity and using a Tai Chi like martial arts style, he guides, notice 'guides' instead of 'controls' the lightning. Noone is able to effectively control lightning, but they are able to summon the lightning, and using big circular motions of the arm, and an outward open-palmed strike would send the lightning forward towards their opponent, a circular kick, to draw the lightning in the air, and with a spinning motion, to guide the lightning toward his opponent. Or, even by guiding the lightning with his fingers, he is able to summon lightning in one hand, and then shoot it out towards his opponent, guiding it with his finger tips, the downfall to this jutsu is that once again you are unable to use the jutsu if you are in an emotional turmoil, and it will explode in the users hands, and destroy their nervous sytem, either paralyzing them for life, or killing them.

Lightning redirect A ranked level. This not because of the amount of chakra it costs you, but rather because of the complexity and skill level and needed to be able to do it.

Lightning Bending Each shot of lightning would count as a C ranked expenditure of Chakra?
