Meaning that even if the flames are put out, the projectiles still converge on the target. The flames can be used to cover different projectiles like shuriken or kunai.

The technique depends on the users Elemental Affinity, so for instance, the user was a Lightning user, if they did a sumersalting kick through the air, the ground where the kick landed on would suffer from Lightning Chakra damage. But how it gets is name, is the streak of the element they leave behind after dealing the blow. If a Fire user were to throw a punch, they would have to leave a trail of smoke where the punch was trailed. If used with a weapon, then the weapon will receive the bonuses that the users Taijutsu does. The actual damage this jutsu does depends on the Elemental Affinity.

Description: Kensei bu-suta is a technique originally created by Isamu's father, Akihiro. Isamu calls it a 'chakra steroid', because of the effects it has on the user. After the user creates the necessary hand seals, he must remain still for at least a minute. This makes it complicated to use in an active battle scenario, but with support, can be plausible. The effect of the jutsu gives the user a temporary boost in not only strength, but overall physical attributes. The amount of chakra used depends on how long the jutsu is used, and how much the user moves. With each step they take, a small bit of chakra is drained. This makes running long distances/periods of time difficult without draining chakra. While the jutsu is in effect, the user will sport several Tribal-Like Markings on their face and arms.

Otherwise it won't work on that person, but anybody who didn't see it being preformed will see it as the user wants it to be seen. The genjutsu only changes the appearance, however the weight of the object doesn't change. Fool your friends into believing you're strong enough to hold up an entire boulder with one hand, when it's really just a pebble!

To summon the creature the ninja will wipe blood on the hand, perform the necessary hand seals and then touch their hand to the ground or another object. Though it appears that as long as significant pressure is placed against the blood in some form, the summon will be complete. There can be variations to the summoning steps, some ninja like Temari will wipe blood on her fan, then by swinging the fan the animal is summoned. Other ninja like Orochimaru wipe the blood across a snake tattoo on their arm first, then touch the ground.

Physical Description: Hishou has burnt orange/auburn colored tail feathers, probably it's most notable feature of the bird of prey. His chest feathers/under wing feathers are a brownish white, and his outer feathers are a dark brown. Hishou's beak is black with white spots, and his talons are sharpened to perfectly. He also has a scar along his chest. It's not large, but noticeable. Other than that, his appearance is nothing out of the ordinary for a slightly larger than average hawk.
Type of Summon: Blood Summoning (Wiping blood along the length of his Black Ninjato Sword)
Species: Red-Tailed Hawk
Story: Hishou is the basic summon for his line of summons. Isamu's father first befriended the entire line of summons during his early chuunin days, being taught the summoning technique by his father. When Akihiro's father died, he left him the contract scroll of Hishou's species. Upon Isamu's graduation, and promotion to genin, Akihiro had Isamu sign the contract, and learn the summoning jutsu. As of now, Hishou is all Isamu can handle summoning. They're rather close, though, having common interests, so Hishou has no problem being called upon by Isamu when the time arises.

Fuuton • Daitoppa is a Ninjutsu technique which utilizes the Wind Element. It's execution is different for Hishou, however. Hishou first flies in front of the target and flaps his wings rapidly while in the air, propelling the wind towards the target capable of leveling almost anything in its way. A variation of the technique involves a smaller blast of wind which gets ignited with flame, which can possibly be a combination with Isamu's Katon jutsu.

Ninpo: Shoyaku no Jutsu (Ninja Art: Elemental Streak Technique) is a Konoha-exclusive technique, so I'm guessing it isn't new.
Kensei bu-suta no jutsu (Power Booster Technique) doesn't have a big gain currently. It increases over ranks. For genin, it would be a small gain, probably to low-chuunin. _________________
