Clan History:
~*The myth of the beginning*~

The story goes as far back as 11,000 years. One that changed all in the mountains far away. As we all know dragons hold gems and such things that hold value at a close fearless guard, but there was one that held no interest in such matters. Sure the stones and ore sang sweetly and alluring to him but not as much as this human women had. She had bewitched him deep at heart. The king of dragons rejected his own kind for this one weak women of the human kind. He cast a spell or maybe a transformation jutsu to change shape to match hers and hid amid her kind. Wooing the girl came with ease and later came the beginning of them. the dragons that have human lives or is it humans that have dragon lives? Witch ever you choose, i suppose, but he have lost some splendor of our full- blooded dragon blood- mates. We can never breath fire nor can we speak or growl in the form of our dragon selves. Yet we have been blessed with other things such as another form. Vapor. Most of us need to change to vapor before we can shift into a dragon. We are Drakon.

~*Today's use, stories, and law*~

Now you ask how are we useful in the realm of ninjas? Why I'm almost offended by the question, yet it amuses me that you would ask. As it would be there once was a thief that had ran from our lands and made a living in a rather large city. The thief was known as the Smoke thief because of it's ability of changing into vapor. The Smoke thief was caught up in it's own games and got caught in a trap that our past Alpha laid down for it, but it was to late we had been exposed to the humans and our legends became real. We keep to ourselves for the most part. Mining out ores and gems that sing in our blood never ending songs. Some though have been found to have effects on us. We hid them so we can't be forced into aline with any village of today. Years have eroded the iorn- clad laws we once had though and we have scattered among the humans we share the world with. We do know one of use when ever we are near. We have sharper scenes then the normal human. No matter the state we still have one law. Don't ever change before the OTHERS. Disasters have happened before because of such. For a few hundred years or so Humans were able to tell us from them because of our flawless appearances, but that seems to have pasted now.

Clan's Secret Techniques or Bloodline traits:

As drakon we can change from human to mist then to vapor. Our elements depend on our scales colors. We have keen scenes like our dragon counterparts but they dull some when we are Human. Some have been known to be able to use the art of hypnotics and use as we call the power of suggestion to have some one that is weak minded do our bidding, but that hasn't come up in a long time. We have long heard the songs of the earth's troves and feel them in our blood and bones. some things more potaint then others such as the gems and stones of jasper, jade, vains of silver/ gold/ bronse, emralds, and mostly diamonds. Oh the diamonds, they feel cool in our blood and sing whimsical tunes of their never ending songs, but thare some of those stones that huant us so. Deumr, the dreaming diamond, that cursed stone sings so eirrly but it's so beautaful all at the same time, but that isn't all it can do. the Deumr can control us, willingly! we will WILLINGLY do as the posessor of it says. We, the drakon, will be in a dream-like state for as long as the power of the stone holds us in its frozen song...and get this! that stone can change it's song! there are a few other stones known to have effects on us. such will be listed below. to bad there are few else that can hear and feel this sort of thing.

Herte- known as the diamond of hearts. it has known to help spead the healing of our kind.

Deumr- known as the dreaming diamond. has powers to inslave us

Laku Hikari- known as the sparkleing life saffairs, this stone is almost like the dreaming diamond, and yet it's not. it is a pair of saffiars that sing together in a binding song. one of the drakon alone can not hold both for it will drive them mad. so it will bind two together for as long as one of them holds a gem. this kind of power has been known to apper in other diamonds or stones.

More will come as they are unearthed.

Over the years it had become hard to tell the exact number of people in this clan. Many have hidden themselves away from the world, yet I'd say just from what i know there are at lest 800 of us more then likely there is more but its a solid 800 for now. at one point in time we had enough people to rival the largest ninja village but again the past haunts.

To tell the truth i believe that the people of the Drakon clan does a bit of everything including but not limited to Thievery. In fact i see most mining or stealing. Strange world it is now isn't it?. We appear flawless in body and skin yet a dull glow that is really only seen well in the dark emits from our eyes. We can see you in the dark as well as in the light. Anyways, other then that we look like every one else and yet we chose a place we like and become a ninja or what ever tickles our fancy at the time.



-Clan Founder- It's fabled that it was a women from the Rhapsodos family that gave birth to the first six of the clan. most of the line had been destroyed. There is only one left that would be considered a pure blood, and that is Ebony. There may be more to arise in time but for now its just her.

The main leader of the Drakon is known to us as Alpha. normally a male but has been known to have a female instead that is well...more dominant? to say

Next in line is the 17 members of the Drakon counicle. most are older members of the clan. they hold trile for those that do not abide by the clan laws and will in the most extream cases blind a clansmen or pureafy them...not a pretty sight. they are strict and want to keep the clan a secret.
